Our investigation of a liability claim involving an apartment building was so persuasive; a suburban Detroit Fire Marshall changed his report to reflect our conclusion regarding how the fire occurred.

Overran By Rats

A large Cleveland based self-insured entity was faced with several claims from residents in an area overran by rats. The property owners had alleged that our client’s closed supermarket was a haven for the rodents. Based upon our investigation, all the claims for damages were denied.

Outlet Mall Meltdown

14 stores in a manufacturers’ outlet mall were forced to close their stores a number of days because of smoke and fire damage that reportedly was caused by the operation store in the mall insured by our client. At the conclusion of our investigation, all of claims were denied and no litigation was filed.

Damage By Arson

A large apartment was damaged by an arson fire. The insured was not responsible for the crime and retained a public adjuster that submitted a 2,500,000.00 repair estimate. We prepared our own calculations of the damages and settled the claim for 1,600,000.00 with the public adjuster in 65 days.
